Our holistic product portfolio
Our products are convincing in a wide variety of application areas due to their maximum efficiency and technical maturity.
We manufacture load wheels, drive wheels, track rollers, support wheels, lift truck rollers, support steering rollers, steel band tires, scaffolding steering rollers, shopping cart rollers, rolling container rollers, spring-loaded steering rollers, customized high-end heavy-duty rollers and chassis parts for our demanding OEM customers. Our wheels and casters are especially used for industrial vehicle equipment, robotic vehicles, intralogistics equipment, construction industry, distribution logistics, conveyor systems and heavy duty trailers.
With our diverse production capabilities in castings and steel, and with in-house aluminum die casting, plastics, polyurethane and rubber manufacturing, WICKE is a holistic supply partner for your business.

DESIGN, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
In addition to our standard product range, more than 85% of our products are special designs for international OEM customers and trading partners.
For this purpose, our engineers and designers at the research and development center in Sprockhövel realize technically as well as economically optimized product solutions for our customers.
We meet your performance requirements in networked CAD projects including FEM calculations.
GLOBAL QUALITY PRODUCTION
We use high-quality materials for the production of our wheels and castors. This includes our proprietary rubber and polyurethane brands developed over many years, which are ready for heavy loads and specific application profiles up to 25 tons.
The know-how of our employees, together with first-class production processes, ensures first-class product performance.

Wicke: an innovative company with tradition
WICKE is a medium-sized group of companies rich in tradition. As a leading manufacturer of wheels, rollers, tires and system components, our particular core competence lies in the development, production and logistics of OEM-specific customer articles.
Globally networked, dynamic and flexible
In the interaction of our international production sites, our Chinese plant has primarily been responsible for the manufacture and delivery of large series for our global customers since 1994. Since 1995, our Czech plant has been producing high-quality castings and forgings, which are then used to create precision-fit system solutions at our German headquarters. Another specialty of our Eastern European site is the production of vulcanized elastic rubber wheels and fully assembled system components for heavy-duty applications. The particular strength of our main plant in Sprockhövel is the production of development-intensive OEM special solutions that are precisely adapted to their respective areas of application.
Certified management system
At all locations, WICKE employs excellently trained employees who work on the basis of certified quality management systems. Our manufacturing processes, raw materials and products are also continuously checked on the basis of this certified management system. The focus here is on the environmental compatibility, resource efficiency and health safety of both our work and our products.
